![]() In my opinion, Dick’s jealousy for Hank comes from their previous relationship, still existing close friendship, and maybe some of his present-day jealousy of them seeping through. How Dawn and Dick get together the fictional second time around is nebulous, but my guess is that it wouldn’t involve cheating because that wouldn’t fit well into the narrative of Dick’s “perfect home life” that the beginning of the hallucination is supposed to create. So to Dick’s mind Hank and Dawn were together within a few years ago. It’s why he still knows Raven, Gar, and Kory. That said, I think the most likely scenario for the dream is that it Trigon didn’t try to erase any of Dick’s knowledge of the present. ![]() That’s not to say Hank wasn’t hurt, but neither of them did anything wrong. They are very deliberate about the time frame to make sure the audience doesn’t see Dick or Dawn as unfaithful. Dawn says they can’t be together now (and she’s probably right) meaning that we know their relationship doesn’t start until that 3.5 years from the present mark. The night Dawn and Hank spent together when they first became vigilantes is very specifically a one night stand. It’s not all that common to give half-year anniversary presents after the first year and the show had Hank do so for a very specific reason: to establish that Hank and Dawn have been together 3.5 years and what happened between Dawn and Dick happened 4 years ago. So Dawn definitely didn’t cheat on Hank with Dick.
